10 Things to share:
I have been
1. researching, lots of researching on things like healthy foods, recipes, GMO’s, ect.
2. trying to get on paper some menu plans, I stink at doing them
3. card making not as much, started getting into art journaling
4. dreaming about a better garden this year, looking at veggie garden books
5. found a local farm to buy eggs, FINALLY, been wanting to do that for a long time
6. did a lot of blogging up through Christmas but have slacked off big time since then, been fighting depression again so haven’t had much to write about.
7. discovered I really hate grocery shopping, too much to figure out on what to buy and what not to buy with the budget I have, pain in the neck, I am seriously trying to change our way of eating to preservative free and natural and healthy eating. But it is very challenging with my budget and learning all the terms to stay away from. I think I am realizing it just everything from scratch, but of course you still have to watch the gmo’s and pesticides. But that’s been a project on my mind the most. I have 3 months to get my sugar and weight down to stay off shots, so its been a challenge.
8. A few months ago we got a guinea pig named Winston, he is a long haired angora guinea pig, and a lot of fun.
9. Started catching up on old Star Gate SGI shows
10. Been dabbling in some mixed media art, a new thing for me.
I have missed these 10 things Tuesdays, they always make me have to think. But I promise I wont throw tomatoes!!! Have a great day.

It’s wonderful stuff. I would simply add vanilla and stevia and it’s HEAVEN. Or throw in some blueberries. Or fresh strawberries. NOM NOM NOM. Going back to store-bought flavored yogurt just won’t happen. Even though I’m not making it, I still only buy plain yogurt and flavor it myself.
